Osho: A Complete Rehearsal Warm Up

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

OSHO is a 15, 30, or 60 minute high impact ensemble warm up that takes the actor through, breathing, vocal, physical, and focus exercises in an effort to train the body and mind for the rigors of performance as an ensemble.

Through this workshop participants will experience the 30 minute version of OSHO. This exercise will take the actor through 5 phases: Breath, Voice, HUHs, Stillness, and Celebration.

Throughout the experience we do incorporate viewpoint terminology. Specifically, space, shape, and tempo. However, no prior knowledge or understanding of viewpoints is necessary.

Participants should come prepared to move. Do not eat a large meal prior to workshop. Do bring water, a small towel and an open mind. While this workshop is open to anyone of any varying degree of experience, it is recommended that participants be physically capable as this is a HIGH IMPACT experience.
